Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information
Effective Date: August 15, 2026
Last Updated: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Ariko LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Nevada (“PureIntro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you access or use the PureIntro platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the Platform, including individuals whose information is submitted to the Platform by other Users.
This Privacy Policy is provided in English. If there is a conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version controls.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Introduction
1.1 About This Policy
PureIntro is the business responsible for determining how your personal information is collected, used, and shared through the Platform, as described in this Privacy Policy.
1.2 Our Payment Processor
We use Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) to process payments, verify identities, and facilitate tax reporting on the Platform. For these purposes, Stripe independently determines how it uses your information for those purposes and processes your information in accordance with its own privacy practices. You can review the Stripe Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. Except where Stripe is named for required attribution and disclosure purposes, this Privacy Policy refers to Stripe as “our payment processor.”
1.3 Age Requirement
The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. See Section 15 for more information.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you create an account, use the Platform, or communicate with us. This includes:
Account Registration
- Email address and password when you create an account.
- Multi-factor authentication setup data.
Profile Information
- Professional profile information, such as your name, phone number, company name, industry or specialty, and professional description. You may provide this information progressively as you use the Platform; it is not all required at signup.
Referral Information
- When you submit a referral, you provide information such as the client’s name and contact information, deal size, and fee percentage.
- Private notes you attach to referrals.
- Information you provide during the referral lifecycle, such as status updates, completion dates, actual deal sizes, and reasons for outcomes.
Preferences and Settings
- Default fee percentages and notification preferences you configure.
Testimonials
- Testimonials you submit, provided with your explicit consent at the time of submission.
Dispute and Appeal Information
- Reasons you provide when declining a referral or marking a contact as “do not contact.”
- Information you submit as part of an appeal of a platform decision.
Support Communications
- Messages and information you provide when you contact our support team.
2.2 Information from Third Parties
We receive information about you from the following third-party sources:
OAuth Authentication Providers
- If you sign up or log in using a supported third-party authentication service (such as Google or Microsoft), we receive your name, email address, and profile information from that service, as authorized by you during the authentication process.
Imported Contacts
- If you choose to import contacts, PureIntro uses read-only access that you authorize through the address-book service you select to receive contact names and available email addresses, phone numbers, company names, and job titles.
- PureIntro stores a copy on its servers for your account and caches a copy in your browser solely to provide contact suggestions and fill referral fields. PureIntro does not modify contacts held by the address-book service or retain the access token used for the import.
- Importing contacts does not make them visible to other Users. We process them using the service providers described in Section 4.3. If you select an imported contact and submit a referral, that contact’s selected information becomes referral information and is shared as described in Section 4.1.
- You may refresh or remove imported contacts through your account settings. Removing them deletes the server copy and the copy cached in that browser, subject to the short-lived residual backups described in Section 8.
Our Payment Processor
- During onboarding with our payment processor, we receive your verification status and masked account details (such as the last four digits of your bank account). PureIntro does not store your raw bank account numbers, Social Security Number, or tax identity documents. Payment account entry is handled directly by our payment processor, and all such sensitive information is held by our payment processor.
- We receive hashed fraud-prevention identifiers from our payment processor.
Other Users
- Other Users may provide us with your name, email address or phone number, industry, and specialty when submitting a referral involving you. This may result in the creation of a placeholder profile on the Platform. See Section 10 for more information about non-User data.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Platform, we automatically collect certain information, including:
Device and Connection Information
- IP address, device type, browser type and version, timezone, and similar technical identifiers.
- Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location data.
Usage Information
- Analytics events, such as page views, interactions, and how you found PureIntro.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
- Session cookies for authentication.
- Analytics cookies.
- Third-party cookies set by our service providers for customer support, feature management, and security purposes.
- See Section 6 for full details on cookies and tracking technologies.
Email and Link Tracking
- Email open and click tracking via tracking technologies embedded in emails we send you.
- Click tracking when you interact with links generated by the Platform.
Browser Local Storage
- Draft data may be saved automatically in your browser’s local storage. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you submit the referral.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
3.1 Providing and Operating the Platform
- Creating and maintaining your account.
- Facilitating the referral process between Senders and Receivers.
- Displaying your profile information to other Users as part of Platform functionality.
3.2 Processing Payments
- Facilitating payment processing through our payment processor, including referral fee calculations, payment initiation, and receipt generation.
3.3 Communications
- Sending transactional communications, including referral updates, payment status notifications, and security alerts.
- Sending marketing and commercial communications, such as weekly digests and re-engagement messages, subject to your opt-out preferences. See Section 7 for details.
3.4 Safety, Security, and Fraud Prevention
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Enforcing our Terms of Service, including account restrictions and bans.
3.5 Legal Compliance
- Complying with legal obligations, including tax reporting requirements and responses to lawful requests from law enforcement or government authorities.
3.6 Platform Improvement
- Analyzing usage patterns through analytics and A/B testing.
3.7 Aggregated and De-Identified Data
- Generating anonymized, aggregated content and industry benchmarks.
- Creating, using, and displaying de-identified or aggregated data derived from Platform activity. Because this data does not identify you, we may use it without restriction.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 With Other Users
- Client contact information: When a Sender submits a referral, the client’s contact information is shared with the Receiver only after the Receiver accepts the referral agreement. Prior to acceptance, client contact information is withheld.
- Referral records: Both the Sender and Receiver have access to the shared referral record on the Platform. If a dispute is flagged, both parties can access the shared record for dispute-related purposes.
- Payment receipts: Payment receipts are shared with both the Sender and Receiver.
- Account pauses: If your account is paused, your counterparties see a generic notice. The specific reason for the pause is not disclosed to other Users.
- Dispute records: If either party flags a dispute, both parties receive access to the shared platform record for that referral.
- Payment status: If a referral fee payment becomes overdue, we may notify both parties of the outstanding payment status, including the amount due and duration of non-payment, to facilitate resolution.
4.2 With Our Payment Processor
We share information with Stripe for payment processing, identity verification, tax reporting, and dispute documentation. For these purposes, Stripe independently determines how it uses your information and processes it under its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
In the event of a payment dispute, we may share relevant platform records with our payment processor to support dispute resolution.
We may also instruct our payment processor to take actions on your connected account, including pausing payouts or restricting account capabilities, based on platform enforcement decisions.
4.3 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. The categories of service providers we use include:
- Email and SMS delivery providers
- Platform analytics providers
- Customer support tools
- Feature management and experimentation services
- Content delivery, security, and bot management providers
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
- Error tracking and monitoring services
These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us. We maintain appropriate contractual agreements with our service providers that restrict their use and disclosure of your personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4.4 With Law Enforcement and as Required by Law
We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
- Respond to lawful requests from government authorities, including law enforcement.
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of PureIntro, our Users, or the public.
4.5 In Business Transfers
If PureIntro is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
4.6 No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our analytics providers are configured to minimize data collection and disable ads personalization.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal information under the following legal bases:
5.1 Contractual Necessity
We process information as necessary to perform our contract with you (the Terms of Service), including:
- Account creation, authentication, and maintenance.
- Referral processing and coordination.
- Payment processing and fee calculations.
5.2 Legitimate Interest
We process information where we have a legitimate business interest that is not overridden by your rights, including:
- Fraud prevention and detection, including maintenance of a ban database.
- Platform security and abuse prevention.
- Analytics and platform improvement.
5.3 Legal Obligation
We process information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, including:
- Tax record retention and reporting.
- Maintenance of audit logs.
- Responses to lawful requests from law enforcement or government authorities.
5.4 Consent
We process certain information based on your consent, including:
- Marketing and commercial communications (you may withdraw consent at any time by opting out).
- Testimonials (consent provided at the time of submission).
5.5 Client PII Submitted by Senders
When a Sender submits a referral containing a client’s personal information (name, email, phone number), PureIntro is the business responsible for that information. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest: facilitating the referral service requested by the Sender and preventing fraud on the Platform. By submitting a referral, the Sender warrants that they have the authority to share the client’s contact information for the purpose of the referral, as set forth in the Terms of Service. See Section 10 for information about the rights of individuals whose data is submitted by other Users.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
6.1 Essential Cookies
- Session authentication cookies: Used to keep you logged in. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled.
6.2 Analytics
- We use analytics services to understand how Users interact with the Platform. Our analytics providers are configured to minimize data collection and disable ads personalization.
6.3 Third-Party Service Cookies
- Our service providers for customer support, feature management, content delivery, and security may set their own cookies in connection with the services they provide to us.
6.4 Email and Link Tracking
- We use tracking technologies in emails to measure open and click rates.
- Short links generated by the Platform log click interactions.
- We track your interactions with communications to evaluate their effectiveness.
6.5 Browser Local Storage
- Draft data may be automatically saved in your browser’s local storage to prevent data loss. This data remains on your device unless you submit the referral.
6.6 Cookie Consent
We do not currently display a cookie consent banner. This section serves as disclosure of our cookie and tracking practices.
6.7 Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting that lets you signal your privacy preferences automatically to every website you visit. We honor GPC signals sent by your browser. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request under applicable law.
7. Communications
7.1 Transactional Communications
We send transactional communications related to your use of the Platform, including referral notifications, payment status updates, and security alerts. These communications are necessary for the operation of the Platform and cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account.
Required communications may be delivered in digest format rather than individually, based on your notification preferences.
7.2 Marketing and Commercial Communications
We may send marketing and commercial communications, including weekly digests and re-engagement messages. You may opt out of these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications.
7.3 SMS Communications
- You may stop all SMS communications from PureIntro by replying STOP to any SMS message. Suppression takes effect promptly, and a confirmation message will be sent.
- You may resume SMS communications by replying RESUME.
- We observe quiet hours for SMS. Except for critical security alerts, non-urgent SMS messages are only sent during reasonable daytime hours in your local time.
- If you reply STOP before creating an account, that suppression survives account creation. You must explicitly re-opt-in to receive SMS after creating an account.
7.4 Email Consent and Account Creation
Creating an account constitutes new consent for email communications. Any prior email opt-outs are cleared upon account creation. You may opt out of marketing emails again at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or through your notification preferences.
7.5 No-Reply Address
Replies sent to our no-reply email address are not monitored, read, or acted upon by PureIntro personnel. Our email service provider may incidentally process such replies as part of its infrastructure operations in accordance with its own privacy practices. If you need to contact us, please use the contact information in Section 17.
7.6 Platform-Initiated Communications
When you use the Platform’s compose-and-open feature (such as nudges to counterparties), the Platform logs that you initiated the message for fraud prevention and dispute support purposes. PureIntro does not send these messages on your behalf and does not capture the message content.
7.7 A/B Testing of Communications
We may A/B test communications (such as email subject lines or content variations). The variant you receive and your interaction with it are recorded for analytics purposes.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The retention period for a given category of data depends on the purpose for which it was collected:
- Tax and legal compliance: Payment records, referral records, and consent records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
- Security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution: Audit logs, security logs, and service-protection records are retained for as long as necessary to support these purposes.
- Operational monitoring: General application logs are retained for a short period to support day-to-day operations.
- Honoring your preferences: Suppression list entries (opt-outs) are retained indefinitely so that we can continue to honor your communication preferences.
- Platform safety: Hashed identifiers in our ban database are retained indefinitely to prevent fraud and enforce platform safety.
When data is no longer needed for any of these purposes, it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data management procedures. Residual copies may persist in backup systems for a short period after deletion.
Payment records and tax information may also be retained by our payment processor in accordance with its own legal obligations, even after your PureIntro account is deleted.
9. Data Export and Account Deletion
9.1 Data Export
You may request an export of your personal data from the Platform. The export includes your referral records, communication logs, payment records, and notes you have authored. The export is scoped to your own data; counterparty bank details and other Users’ private information are excluded.
You may also export individual referral records directly from the Platform.
9.2 Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time. After you confirm your identity, there is a brief grace period during which you may cancel the request and restore your account. Account deletion is completed within a reasonable period after the request.
9.3 What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, we remove or anonymize your personal data, subject to the following exceptions:
- Referral and payment records: Referral history and payment records associated with your account are preserved for your counterparties and for legal compliance, with your identity anonymized.
- Audit trails: Audit logs containing references to your account activity are retained per the retention periods in Section 8.
- Ban database: If your account was subject to a ban, hashed fraud-prevention identifiers remain in the ban database.
- Client contact information: If client contact information you submitted was already shared with a Receiver upon agreement acceptance, that information persists because the Receiver legitimately received it. Client contact information from referrals that never reached acceptance may be retained for fraud prevention and platform integrity purposes, or anonymized, in accordance with our data management procedures.
- Private notes: Your private notes are deleted.
- Residual copies: Copies of your data may persist in backup systems for a short period after deletion is completed.
- Legal and fraud retention: Certain data may be retained as required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction integrity in accordance with applicable law.
- Payment processor data: Your payment processor account and related payment, identity, and tax data are retained by our payment processor in accordance with its own terms and legal obligations, even after your PureIntro account is deleted.
- Third-party connections: Third-party authentication connections are revoked upon account deletion.
10. Non-User and Client Data
10.1 How We Receive Your Information
If you are not a PureIntro User but your information appears on our Platform, it is because another User (a “Sender”) submitted your name and contact information as part of a referral. The Sender has warranted that they have the authority to share your contact information for this purpose.
10.2 Responsible Party
PureIntro is the business responsible for client information submitted through the Platform.
10.3 Legal Basis
We process this information under legitimate interest: facilitating the referral service requested by the Sender and preventing fraud on the Platform.
10.4 How Your Information Is Used
- Your contact information is withheld from the Receiver until the Receiver accepts the referral agreement.
- A placeholder profile may be created on the Platform containing your name, email address or phone number, industry, and specialty as provided by the Sender.
10.5 Your Rights
- You may claim a placeholder profile by creating an account with the associated contact information.
- You may request correction of inaccurate information.
- You may request deletion of your information. Upon a valid deletion request, your personal data is removed from active Platform records. Hashed identifiers in the ban database (which are not personally identifiable) persist.
- Deletion of your personal data may be limited where your information is part of a referral record that is subject to retention requirements under Section 8. In such cases, your identifying information will be anonymized rather than deleted.
- You may request to be added to our suppression list, which prevents future communications. Minimal contact information is retained indefinitely on the suppression list solely to honor your opt-out preference.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 17.
10.6 Communications to Non-Users
Before sending you SMS messages, we rely on the referring User’s representation that you have consented to receive such communications. You may stop all SMS messages immediately by replying STOP.
We may contact you by email and SMS at the contact information provided by the Sender to notify you about the referral, request your response to a referral agreement, send payment-related communications, and provide status updates related to referrals in which you are a participant. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may opt out of non-essential email communications by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Certain communications related to active financial obligations may continue until the referral reaches a terminal state.
11. Automated Decision-Making
11.1 Automated Systems
PureIntro uses automated systems for the following purposes:
- Fraud detection: Automated analysis of account activity and transaction patterns to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior.
- Referral fee processing: Automated processes to manage payment timelines and facilitate referral fee collection.
- Account status management: Automated restrictions or suspensions applied to accounts that violate our Terms of Service or exhibit patterns consistent with fraud or abuse.
These automated systems may, among other actions: pause your account based on unpaid fee ratios or payment incidents, block referrals that appear to be self-referrals or part of circular referral patterns, flag accounts with unusual referral velocity, and restrict service when high opt-out rates are detected on communications you initiate. Specific thresholds are not disclosed to prevent circumvention.
11.2 Human Review
You may request human review of any decision made by our automated systems by submitting an appeal through the Platform. Appeals are reviewed by PureIntro personnel, and you will be notified of the outcome.
12. Your Privacy Rights
12.1 Rights Under California Law (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:
- Right to know: You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, our business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.
- Right to delete: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (such as information necessary to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, detect fraud, or maintain security).
- Right to correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
PureIntro does not offer financial incentives in exchange for the collection, retention, or sale of your personal information. The Platform’s referral fee facilitation and platform fee structure are components of the service and are not conditioned on providing personal information beyond what is necessary to use the service.
PureIntro does not directly collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA (such as Social Security Numbers, full financial account numbers, or precise geolocation). Where such information is required for identity verification or payment processing, it is collected and processed directly by our payment processor in accordance with its own privacy policy.
12.2 Rights Under Other State Laws
Residents of other states may have additional privacy rights under their state’s laws, including but not limited to the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA).
Regardless of your state of residence, PureIntro provides all Users with tools to access, correct, and delete their personal information as described in Section 9 and Section 12.3. If your state’s law provides additional privacy protections, you may exercise those rights by contacting us using the information in Section 17. For information about automated decision-making and your right to request human review, see Section 11.
12.3 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described in this section, you may:
- Use the data export or account deletion features within the Platform (see Section 9).
- Contact us using the information provided in Section 17.
When you submit a request, we will verify your identity before processing it. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
12.4 Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. An authorized agent must provide written authorization signed by you and must verify their own identity. We may contact you directly to confirm the request.
13. Security
13.1 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access logging, and role-based access restrictions for internal systems.
13.2 PII Minimization
We minimize the presence of personally identifiable information in application logs. Direct identifiers are redacted from log entries where technically feasible.
13.3 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities in accordance with applicable law. Notification will be provided by email to the address on file and, where appropriate, through the Platform.
13.4 No Guarantee
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
14. International Data Transfers
14.1 Processing Location
Your information is processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
14.2 Service Provider Processing
Some of our service providers may process data in locations outside the United States in accordance with their own privacy policies. We require our service providers to protect your information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us using the information in Section 17.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform or by other means (such as email) prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
